There is a non refundable $10.00 evaluation fee per dog. The following forms must be printed out, filled out, and brought with you on your scheduled evaluation day. These forms, along with a personal evaluation, will help us screen for Aggression, Vaccinations, Spay/Neuter, and will help us learn the special qualities of your dog. All dogs must be spayed or neutered by 9 months of age in order to attend daycare and/or overnight boarding. All puppies 4 months and over must have a Rabies shot. - Each dog must be in good health and free of fleas and ticks. - Dogs cannot be food or toy aggressive or possessive. * Just a friendly reminder, that dogs do play using their paws, claws and teeth. Sometime your little one may come home with nicks and scratches. This is normal within a play environment, however if you feel that this is unacceptable, then dog daycare may not be the right environment for your dog. |
| For daycare each dog has to pass an evaluation. A Furry Tail Come True DOES NOT board dogs who do not get along with others. All dogs must be able to socialize throughout the day. During the evaluation, we will introduce your dog(s) to a few of the daycare dogs to see how he/she reacts. We start with one dog, and if all goes well we add another and so on. Before being able to have an evaluation, your dog MUST be up to date on all required shots for at least 2 weeks. These shots are.. ~Rabies ~Parvo/Distemper ~Bordatella Once they are all up to date, you may call to set up an evaluation. The Canine Influenza shot is recommended but not required. For the evaluation you will need to bring... ~ An up to date shot record from your Vet. ~ Both the Parent Contact and Dog Profile Forms You will also be required to fill out our service contract during the evaluation. |
